1. General Questions
1.1. What is Blogger.com?
Blogger is an online CMS platform that allows users to write articles and share their thoughts and other information. It was discovered by Pyra Labs, but in 2003, Google purchased Blogger in a Private deal. The CEO of Blogger is currently Brett Wiltshire. Check Blogger Team Story.
1.2. What is a Blogger Template?
A blogger template is an XML format language design built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. With the help of a blogger, you can create a professional website, write articles, and share information.
1.3. Can I use Piki Themes in WordPress?
We are sorry, but our designs are only compatible with and work on the blogger.com platform. We are not working for any other platform, like WordPress or Wix.
2. License Questions
2.1. What is a License Key?
A license key is a unique identification ID used to verify your products and obtain technical support. It is not used for any other purpose.
2.2. Where can I find my license key?
To get your license key, visit your dashboard here: Gumroad.com > Library > Your products. We also sent the license key by email.
2.3. Can I remove the footer credits in the free version?
No, removing footer credit from free version templates is not allowed. It’s against the law, CC 3.0 attribution, and DMCA copyright action to your website.
2.4. What is the difference between free and premium licenses?
In premium templates, you will get all advanced features, plugins, and shortcodes, including 12 months of technical support and unlimited lifetime updates, while none of these features are provided in the free version.
2.5. How do you activate the license key?
The license key is not required for activation; it is used for product verification and technical support.
3. Commons Issues
3.1. Why can’t I install or upload the template?
Our team designed and tested our templates, which can be installed without issues. If you face any problems, please visit the documentation in the template's post.
3.2. I have 10+ posts, but only five are on the homepage. Why?
When you have enough posts (e.g., 10 to 15 posts) on your blogger dashboard, but your website only displays 2 or 3 posts, this issue happens due to the blogger’s 1MB limitation. Which means your post has some heavy data or codes. You must use a page jump break to solve the issue or a Clear text format to delete the junk data or use this Pro Text Editor Tool which is better option for cleaning the junk data that is created in your posts.
Use Clear Text Format Method
1: Go to Blogger > Open Posts.
2: Then Select all the text.
3: Tap on Clear Formatting 
4: Done! Save the post.
Note: Your changes will be lost after applying “Clear Formatting” to your posts. To save your changes, use our Notepad Editor Tool. Read more about how this tool can help you.
Use Jump Page Break
1: Go to Blogger > Open Posts.
2: Then, put the cursor below the first paragraph.
3: Then, Tap on Insert Jump Break 
4: Done! Save the post.
3.3. Why is the free version template automatically redirected to another website?
The free version templates are designed to be used with limited features, so we did not allow the footer credit to be removed from the layout. Please do not remove the footer credit to stop redirection.
4. Support Questions
4.1. How do I get the new update for my template?
The new updates will be emailed to all buyers. You can also log into your dashboard and download the update manually.
4.2. Why are my ads not showing on your template?
There is no link between ads that are not showing with the template. When we change the template, Google AdSense takes some time to show ads from advertisers. Allow more than 48 hours and check back again.
4.3. Why are only 2 posts showing on the popular post gadget?
If your post has Enough views, it will be appropriately displayed on popular post gadgets. Otherwise, some posts may be missing.
4.4. How do we show category-wise posts on the homepage?
The documentation for each template is inside the file and template post. You must check and read it to understand the installation procedure for all features.
5. Payment Questions
5.1. Why is the template not received after payment?
If payment is successful, the template will be delivered immediately, and you will receive a direct download button. You can also download your template manually from the dashboard.
5.2. Why were my debit cards rejected on your website?
Our payment partner, Gumroad.com, supports various standard debit/credit cards; rarely does your card not work. Please use any other card from your friends or relatives.
5.3. How do I pay using other sources? (e.g., Crypto, Bank Transfer, Paypal, etc.)
Yes, we allow payment from different sources. If you want to pay with that, please contact us. We will provide you with a payment solution.
